If you choose to print double-sided flyers, it is important to use high-quality paper with at least 150gsm. This will help to prevent the ink from bleeding through and creating a transparent effect.

There are a variety of finishes available for KaizenPrint Flyers, each with its own benefits and drawbacks. Here are some of the most popular finishes: 

Uncoated - is a flyer that is made from uncoated paper. Uncoated paper does not have a glossy or matte finish, and it has a rougher texture than coated paper. This makes uncoated flyers more durable and easier to write on. They are often used for events or promotions where people may need to write on the flyer, such as event registration forms or surveys.  

Silk - A silk finish flyer is a flyer that is made from coated paper with a silk finish. It has a smooth, matte appearance that is somewhere between glossy and matte. KaizenPrint usually dispatches flyers within 1, 3, or 5 working days. However, there are a few things that can affect the dispatch date. 

• Artwork file: If your artwork file is not properly uploaded (in PDF), the dispatch date may be delayed. To avoid this, please make sure to follow the upload specifications and artwork guides included next to the info tab on the product page. 
• Digital proof: If a digital proof is sent but not approved, the dispatch date may be delayed by one business day for each production deadline that's missed. 

We recommend that you check your email regularly to make sure you have completed all the steps necessary to allow your order to go into production. 

We print KaizenPrint Flyers with 115gsm, 120gsm, 150gsm, 160gsm, 170gsm, 250gsm, or 350gsm paper. For your reference, the thickness is usually measured in GSM (grams per m²) and the higher the gsm, the thicker the paper. So now, which one suits your needs?

115- 120gsm flyers are the most common choice because they are lightweight and easy to distribute. They are also less prone to wrinkling than standard printing paper, as they are thicker. This option is a cost-effective choice for businesses with a small marketing budget. 

Please note: Printing double-sided with a GSM less than 150gsm can result in a level of transparency. For best results, we suggest ordering 150gsm or higher for double sided printing. 

150-170gsm paper flyers are often chosen for conferences and trade shows. They are about 2x thicker than standard printing paper, which makes them sturdier and more attractive for professional gatherings. 

250gsm paper flyers are often ordered by companies in the hospitality and retail industries. This paper type is 3x the thickness of standard printing paper, so they will feel extremely sturdy in the hand. 

350gsm paper flyers are the most premium option, but they can still be ordered at an economical price. At 4x the thickness of standard printing paper, this choice guarantees a robust and luxurious flyer, which is great for special occasions or events.
