We’ve tried to make the process of ordering print on-line as easy as possible and remove all those difficult steps or unknown’s that make it a little difficult. Here’s some pointers that might help:
PDF is the preferred format, but we do of course accept JPEG, TIFF or EPS.
If we receive an order before noon we can normally (depending on quantity/ spec) dispatch the following day and depending on delivery option deliver the day after. So ordered on Day 1 before noon, estimated delivery is probably on Day 3. Destination, quantity ordered, or specification may mean an extra day or two, but we make these dates clear at point of purchase. If in doubt or need it extra quick just ask and we will do our best.
We generally don’t provide proofs due to the volume of work, however we do check every order before it goes to print and if we spot an issue, we will get in touch via email to resolve. We take great care with every job that leaves Kaizen Print to ensure its perfect so rest assured, we’re on your side.
We accept all major credit cards, and you can also pay via PayPal. Being a Digital printer, it gives us great flexibility on the quantities that can be ordered. The quantities for each product and configuration can be seen when you go through the order process, but a tip, it sometimes pays to move up a quantity or two to get best value for money. The Kaizen Print recommended quantity is a good guide if you're unsure how many to order.
Our T’s & C’s are all detailed in the footer of this website but if you have a problem with something you have received please tell us as soon as possible and we will do what we can to resolve. If we have printed something below par or not to the agreed spec we will reprint, that’s a promise.
Once you have placed the order, we will send an email to acknowledge receipt and once we’ve checked we will send a second email to confirm the order has been accepted. Up to this point you can log on to your account and cancel the order and or refresh the artwork, but due to the nature of print jobs and the speed of production after the confirmation email, we won’t be able to cancel or make further changes.
